If you are paying by charter funds:
A purchase order is required prior to beginning classes and MUST be received by the FIRST DAY OF CLASS.
A purchase order must be received by the first day of class for your student to participate.
Signing in the Gap does not send reminders to put in orders for quarterly or monthly POs.
Should any charter be unable to provide payment for any part of the class amount, in part or whole, the family is responsible to pay in full by the end of the semester. Pay Out of Pocket:
